Returns and exchanges

ATTITUDE accepts returns and exchanges for new, unused products within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included components.

Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products. Approved return shipping is provided by mail and is free for customers. There is no restocking fee.

Return label

When a return is approved, the customer may download and print the return label provided by customer service.

Refund timing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Refund processing normally takes up to 10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
